- Shyam Laminates Private Limited was founded in the year 2020 as a joint venture between Shyam Plywood Pvt. Ltd. (Bhairahawa) and Pashupati Plywood. Pvt. Ltd. (Krishnanagar).
- With a cumulative experience of over 25 years Our Directors have a vast knowledge, presence and expertise of panel based products like Plywood, Shuttering ply and Waterproof Ply throughout Nepal,
- We have built our first sprawling high-tech manufacturing unit in Bhairahawa , that has a production capacity of over 15,00,000 laminates per year.
- We offer comprehensive product range of thickness ranging from 0.65mm – 1mm.
- Distribution of products is supported by a solid and robust network of more than 75 dealers/sub-dealers/retailers across Nepal. INFRASTRUCTURE
Each year, the plant can produce 15,00,000 laminate sheets. It has a land area of 40,500 square meters. Design, Kraft, Tissue, and Barrier papers are among the four types of paper rolls brought. The next step is to impregnate all of the papers with resin. The paper is then stored in an air-conditioned environment to prevent the resin from sticking. Finally, all of the sheets are assembled and hot pressed for 90 minutes in a steel mould with various textures. This is where we see the innovative laminate designs we see. Before being distributed, the laminates are sawed for shaping and wrapped in branded papers.
